________________________________________________ – THE LEPER WHO CAME BACK A True Story told by Sister Raquel – Prior to being assigned at the Novaliches healing center, Sister Raquel was conducting healing sessions at the parlor of the RVM Mother House in N. Domingo in San Juan districtr. On that day, there were about 30 to 40 people. – A 35-year old leper came up to Sister and showed his two hands. There were no fingers, just stubs. He had no nose. It was eaten up by the leprosy. Sister placed her hands above the leper’s hands and prayed over him. Sister told him to come back in two weeks or 14 days. – He failed to return on the 14th day but Sister was surprised he came on the 15 day. His nose had re-appeared. He had his hands in his pocket, so Sister asked him to show them. He hid his hands to surprise Sister. Lo and behold, when he showed his hands, all ten fingers had re-appeared, complete with healthy nails. Sister told the leper that he now must serve the Lord. – Of the ten lepers Jesus healed, only one came back to tell Him of the good news. Of the one leper Jesus healed through Sister Raquel, that single one came back. – It was good he came back. For if he did not, he would not have a nice job in Japan right now. When he came back, Sister had a Japanese visitor who was building deep wells for the poor in RVM communities in Cagayan de Oro City. Impressed by the sudden dramatic healing of the leper, the Japanese invited him to help out in Cagayan de Oro. The Japanese ended up bringing the leper to Japan where he is this very day. – LORD, WE PRAISE YOU WITH ALL OF OUR HEARTS FOR YOUR MERCY AND KINDNESS. – THE BABY WHO LAUGHED A True Story told by Sister Raquel – In another healing session at the RVM Mother House, Sister Raquel heard a baby’s laughter echoing through the parlor. She looked around for the baby and finally saw him. No one was holding him. She came over and said “You naughty naughty child.” The baby kicked her mildly on the face and rubbed his feet on her cheek. – Sister immediately announced to the crowd that Baby Jesus was in their presence and they should close their eyes with her and pray to Him. After praying, when Sister opened her eyes, the baby was gone, replaced by a sick six-month-old baby in the arms of his mother. The baby was crying in pain because of a stomach hernia. – Next day, the mother called Sister and told her the pain and swelling were gone.
