UNCLOGGING THE HEART

Health Tip 02

An organic concoction has been posed by health buffs, now becoming popular rapidly, which they say will guarantee to melt obstructions in the heart aorta and veins. There is no need for angioplastic or bypass. It does not just heal obstruction, it prevents future obstruction, according to those who made the formula.

–

Although this is not a scientifically approved formula, and no tests have been done to prove wise or otherwise, many report that it is effective. And the fact that it is organic and edible-drinkable, there is no harm in trying. There is nothing to lose. There are no known after effects.

–

The original formula

–

One cup garlic juice.

One cup ginger juice.

One cup lemon or kalamansi juice

(whichever is available and cheaper)

One cup apple vinegar

(preferably green apple)

Mix the four cups.

Boil until it becomes three cups.

Add three cups honey.

One tablespoon after every meal,

or three times a day.

–

Variation no. 1

–

Some who have heard

that the original formula works

do not want to depart into variations

but the reasons behind the variations

are explained here.

–

Do not boil because this

destroys the active healing ingredients.

Rather, add four cups of honey

to the four-cup mix unboiled.

To avoid early spoilage, make sure juicing involves

clean hands, utensils, and equipment.

Refrigerate right away.

Also, you can reduce formula volume

by half, eg one half cups etc.

to avoid protracted storage.

Variation no. 2

–

Instead of juicing, variation no. 2

recommends a more radical approach

of chopping the garlic and ginger

into very fine bits and blendering it

with the lemon/kalamansi juice.

Nothing is thrown away.

you can pour the lemon juice

into the blundered material and shake

before pouring it out to retain

residues otherwise left behind.

The pulp and fiber from the garlic is retained.

The pulp from the ginger is not recommended

to be retained as it is tough on the digestive system

so you can perhaps blender this separately

and remove the fibers with a sieve.

Proponents of the original formula argue that

juicing gives a concentrate that is more effective.

You can also take the fibers from juicing

separately later. But in the chop-blend,

nothing is wasted.

Checking results

–

To monitor effectiveness,

compare angiogram or ECG data

before and after using the formula

for a period of three to six months.
