________________________________________ WEATHER AS A WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION New technologies to manipulate hurricanes and earthquakes
In the early 90s, an entirely new class of highly-secret Star Wars weapons of mass destruction was developed from scientific research in the University of Alaska in Fairbanks, involving atmospheric manipulations.
In 1992, a Pentagon document revealed that, under the $250-million research program HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), it was able to manipulate the weather by simply heating up the ionosphere 40 to 60 miles above the Earth’s surface. The Pentagon later denied this.
There are three known HAARP bases, two in Alaska, and one in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. HAARP is suspected of having as many as 20 secret bases worldwide. The EU has its own version of this weird ‘weather station’ in Norway and other places. Russia has its own program code-named Woodpecker, which the West knows very little about. continued The HAARP base in Gakona, Alaska involved 180 high-powered radio transmitters that could beam high-frequency radio waves totaling 3.6 million watts into a single point in the sky. By heating up and dissipating clouds, HAARP was able to create protracted “high pressure domes”. Its Alaskan base was suspected of creating one off the coast of Vancouver, accidentally triggering the devastating droughts that hit California in the early 90s. It is suspected that, once a high-pressure dome is created, there is no way to reverse or negate it. Several such intense pressure domes were observed stationary above the ocean near the Northern California coastline from 1988 to 1992. The year after Katrina, no hurricanes occurred for the next three years in the hurricane corridors in the southwest of the American continent.
High-pressure domes can also change the intensity and direction of hurricanes. Although there is no proof and many say it is a figment of American neurosis, American meteorologists suspect the Chinese or Russians of manipulating Katrina, based on the fact that Katrina headed for New Orleans on a straight bee line rather than the ‘normal’ curved line hurricanes take. Such weather manipulations generate huge amounts of energy than can equal nuclear weapons.
Crucial to the development of weather weapons is the ability to produce very low frequency (VLF) radio waves by heating up the polar electric current streams (auroral electrojets), which was virtually impossible before because they required expensive gigantic antennas. VLF is used for remote sensing of the heated ionosphere.
Another suspected HAARP WMD is the ‘earthquake maker’. The theory is to be able to incite and activate sensitive fault lines with extremely low frequency (ELF) radio waves. In 1987, Oregon, which has no known history of earthquakes, had one of 4.5 magnitude on the Richter scale. It was suspected that the earthquake was accidentally triggered by the search for oil using an ELF gun beaming 16 million watts of radio-wave energy. In December 2001, in Palo Alto, California, NASA recorded an earthquake which preceded an electric disturbance in the ionosphere.
Scientists simulated the effect of ELFs on fault lines by bombarding a rock on an incline with ELFs from a large speaker. The rock began to move downward gradually. So fault lines under extreme pressure through the centuries can suddenly shift from exposure to massive ELFs. Again, there are suspicions without evidence that the earthquakes in the last three years in Iran, China and Afghanistan were catalyzed by ELFs.
“Chem trails” similar to the thin straight cloud of jets in the stratosphere were observed right before the creation of pressure domes. The way it works is a military aircraft can spray chemical in the stratosphere, say metal oxides, which are then heated up by ELFs from a HAARP based on the ground up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit to create rapid enhanced domes. Clouds disappear instantly. The last type of weather weapon is an old post-war technology, seeding clouds with silver oxide. Silver oxide forms ice crystals in a cloud, which induces further condensation. It is a form of ‘cloud fattening’. In 1952, under Operation Cumulus, whose documents suddenly disappeared later, the British military experimented with cloud seeding. Witnesses reported strange maneuvers of high flying jets, which suddenly disappeared. The experiment dumped 90 million tons of rain, 250 times the normal volume for a month, within a 24-hour period, triggering massive flooding in several towns.
In October 1966, under Project Popeye during the Vietnam war, the US military employed cloud seeding to slow down, if not neutralize, the transit of Viet Cong supplies along the Ho Chi Minh trail, by exaggerating and extending the monsoon rains . They had a massive operation of 50 cloud-seeding runs along the Laos panhandle and the Ho Chi Minh Trail from 1966 to 1972 to extend the monsoon rains from 30 to 45 days. The project failed to stop the Ho Chi Minh convoys.
The major role of the American elite academe in the development of well-funded WMDs is disturbing. It is becoming widespread because such research programs get unlimited funds from the government. The following universities have been involved in the development of weather manipulation instruments and technology, guised as space research – Stanford, Penn Stae, Boston College, UCLA, Clemson, John Hopkins, Maryland, College Park, Massachusetts, MIT, NYU, and Tulsa, to name some. There is very little protest against the American education system helping the military develop weapons of war.
The US is in a strange era of frenzied war orientation never before seen in history. This is the product of being the only superpower on planet Earth. The runaway escalation of warfare technologies is biblical in nature, prophesied by the last book, Revelation. God bless America, our new leader towards Man’s extinction in the end times. New technologies rapidly achieve milestone after milestone towards Man destroying Mankind. We are in a strange era where we can induce earthquakes, droughts and floods, manipulate hurricanes and monsoons. We now have the capability to destroy polar ice caps, induce the next ice age, induce mega-avalanches and mega-tsunamis. We have achieved the ultimate in weapons which are the infrastructure to Armageddon.
