Prayer Guide.
Choose a quiet place for meditation and prayer.Place yourself in the presence of Jesus. He is now beside you, His hand on your shoulder. Talk to him freely, conversationally, for a while. Mention favors you want to ask of Him. Then, read some 3 to 4 foodforthesoul verses at random per day.
Take your time. Pause to internalize every verse you read. Mark what you have read and double mark those you like and want to share with friends, as your apostolate for Jesus. Do not keep them to yourself. It is better to send a few verses at a time, say 2 to 4 verses, which can be easily read on the spot, rather than send many verses or the entire thing, which are not read. Samples are given below.

in defying your superiors

true humility is
in conceding to your subjects

the white keys are happiness
the black are sadness
but in life’s long journey
they create music together

are also the greatest vices
wealth and power
wealth sanctifies if shared
and depraves if ill-gotten
power emancipates if used for common good
and enslaves if used for self gain
they spell success in life
and destiny after life
they are the Lord’s tools
for salvation and damnation

of terminal diseases like cancer
by simply forgiving
forgiveness heals
and unforgiveness consumes
hatred and anger consume your body
not just your soul
cancer sometimes has spiritual causes

here and now and forever
where there is no time
where people with eternal bonds meet
this place transcends time and space
no geography no physical presence
we are all here only if we want to
we commune only if we want to
people stay and come and go
they always return
but they never really return left
this strange remote place
is called “here and now and forever”
